That's the slogan of McKelvies, the restaurant where we went for lunch yesterday. And boy, is it true!!
I had the chef's special: smoked salmon and capers on a bed of penne, with a vodka-lemon sauce. Garnished with a sprig of watercress, so it looked as delightful as it tasted. Yum-yum-yummy!! Sorry I didn't get any photos, so you'll have to conjure up your own mental image and drool over that!

Wow, I looked at the menu and am drooling here. Are the lobsters similar to Maine Lobster? I was shocked when I first moved to Hawaii and realized no more Maine Lobster. They have this other kind but no where as good as the "real thing". Ooooh scallops too. My dinner is not looking so appetizing anymore.
