In answer to your lobster comment...
...yes, Nova Scotia lobsters and Maine lobsters are pretty much the same! For me, it's hard to beat digging into a big ol' pile of the crustaceans as is. I don't need them shelled and fancied up with sauces, etc (although that type of meal is good too!!)

Yum! Here in NC, we don't have lobsters but we do have blue crabs. I love the whole process of cracking them and sitting around eating for a long time.
