My new Exercise Routine

Having read Sandra's fantastic entry chock full of exercising tips, I am inspired to begin a new routine of my own:

LOL. This is so funny! I think I'll take you up on your offer and have a chocolate, Anne.

Kathy (Trekcapri):

Hi Anne, LOL! I scrolled, so I guess I'm done for the day!

You got me again...I was expecting to scroll down and read, 20 situps, 20 leg lifts, 30 minutes on the treadmill, 1 hour spinning class . . .

Good one! Have a great weekend!

I am just exhausted now. I hope tomorrow's routine is not quite as intense!

That is my kind of exercise. Can I have wine with my chocolate?

I love that. :)

Whoo-hoo -- that's a great regime (especially with the chocolate at the end) I think, with very little practise, I could get into this routine. (Time to go stretch my mouse hand!)

Happy Valentine's Day, Anne!

LOL!!! That's about my speed these days. :D

Whew, good effort everyone, chocolates all around!

(And of course an accompanying glass of wine goes without saying - I'm thinking red for Valentine's Day!)

Good one, Anne!

Very funny!! Sadly that has been my exercise routine lately.

thanks Nancy & girasoli, alas it has pretty much been my routine also!

How funny! And it's 1:32 on Valentine's Day and I just finished eating 2 pieces of chocolate and drinking a glass of wine. But I guess I deserve it, because I did just get back from a nice 3 1/2 mile hike.(I had to get my energy back up, right?)

Cindy Ruth, well done! you definitely need chocolate and wine after all that exertion! ;)
