PS - she wasn't giving me the finger...she was giving Dave the finger! :)
For a specific reason, that is. Dave has a coworker who is retiring next year, and who has a countdown calendar up in her office. So Dave sends this coworker "the finger" every day, or at least a couple times a week, via email. Sometimes his own finger, but often he snaps a pic of someone else's finger. When a certain friend heard this story, the little kid in her got all excited and volunteered for the cause: "Oooo, want one with a cross ring on it??!?" Dave's coworker apparently got a huge kick out of being given the finger by a Minister!
