Yesterday, I was reading an article about tips for happiness and it said to include expressing gratitude daily. I thought of Gratitude Friday.

Eden, I read something like that recently as well. I agree that being conscious of our blessings really does lift our spirits. I always feel lighter after writing my Friday entries.
