Here is another photos from my trip with mom a few years ago. This is the remnants of an old Roman arena...do you know where the photo was taken? I'll narrow it down a little and tell you that it is a town in central Italy...

The color of the buildings makes me think of Gubbio. But I don't remember that tower in Gubbio. You got me.

Candi, it is indeed a beautiful town!
girasoli, not Gubbio but you are pretty close geographically. According to googlemaps, this town is only 50 kms away from Gubbio.
Marta, I'll reveal the location in a couple days, if nobody has figured it out by then :)
I know for sure that Sandra has been to this town...
