Saturday Photohunt: Spots

Polished SPOTS on the floor of The Chapter House in Westminster Abbey. (The floor is "one of the largest and finest medieval tile pavements surviving in England." Patterns were stamped into clay tiles, the impression was filled with a lighter coloured clay, then the tiles were glazed and fired.)

That would be lovely to see! This is what I love about Photohunt - to be able to see the things I could never see in person.

I've seen some interesting tile that people done up in ceramics.
