Shrine to John the Baptist

JtheBshrineI love the funky frame on this shrine in Castello.

I wonder if someone had decorations left over from a wedding or baby shower and decided to honor the saint with them?

Nice image of the saint inside the shrine too.

Great entry! Good one about the left over party decorations. I love how so many of these shrines have those little baby roofs above them.

Thanks Kathy - I like the baby roofs too! Some of these shrines remind me of doll houses especially the ones that have statues in them.
