I've written about this church here but wanted to share this scene. This was one of those "right place, right time" photos; I'd spent all day exploring the maze in Castello and then ended up out on the Riva just as the sun was going down.

Crossing my fingers that I get back there this December. I remember how cold it was both times.

I LOVE the two photos!! That has always been one of my favorite views in Venice. The first one has captured a perfect sunset and the second one is sooo clear! It has always been a bit hazy when I have been there.
