PhotoHunt: Candy

photohunter7iq.png

I didn't think that I had anything for this week's PhotoHunt theme (candy), but as I was looking through my photos from my December trip to Venice, I saw this one and it popped right in my head.

"Melts in your mouth, not in your hand"

hand

False advertising, by the way. If you hold them long enough, they WILL melt.

The photo is from the scuola next to the church of San Marcuola in Cannaregio. Have a good weekend and happy hunting!

I love it! It's perfect for the slogan and for the theme. Do you know if the plaque served a purpose or was it just decorative?

Hi Maria, the plaque shows that the church has (or had) an important relic of a saint, in this case the hand of John the Baptist. Have a good weekend! Annie

Good one...love it.

Oh, well played!! Very interesting interpretation.

LOL! That's not only thinking "out of the box" -- it's out of the box, out the door, down the street, across the bridge, turn left at the 3rd foreign country on the right! But it's FUN! Good job!!!

Kathy (Trekcapri):

Great Photo Annie! That is the exact reason why I ate my M&M's! :)

Great (fun) connection to your photo!

Have an awesome weekend!

Perfect choice!! And yes they do eventually melt :)

Gosh I loved reading all the PhotoHunt entries this week. Um, especially the ones that mentioned chocolate! I'll just go and get the hidden bag of Maltesers in the hutch drawer!
