This week's PhotoHunt theme is "cloud(s)." I'm going with a reflection of a cloud in this pond that used to be quarry but is now part of the "Explore the Wild" section of the Museum of Life and Science in Durham, NC.

Annie! Great minds think alike re: Torcello versus Burano. :)

I agree with you! The peace and serenity of Torcello were such a high spot for me! I've been there for the last two trips, and can't wait to go again.

Picture postcard pretty - is enchanting. But stepping where Venice actually began... ohh, I get goosebumps.

Did I tell you I'm flying up to Brisbane, up north, in four days - mom fell and broke her shoulder so I will go up to stay at a sister's house and help out. She has mom with her for two weeks.
