This week's PhotoHunt theme is "Daily."
When you share your life with cats, there are things you have to do daily (provide food and water, scoop the litter boxes). All are easy to do and don't take much time, but you do have to do them every day. The best part about living with animals is that you get to experience unconditional love on a daily basis.
Here are the cats that I share my daily life with. I try to remember to count my blessings daily. I don't always remember to do it but when I do, these sweet creatures are among the things I'm grateful for. :)
LuLu, my oldest. She showed up on my back porch about eight years ago, hungry and cold. I took her in and we've been together ever since. She's a lap cat, super sweet and loving.
Maria, the middle child, almost two-years old. Found in the highway when she was a six-week old kitten and brought to me. She's my beautiful wild child, and has a fun and quirky personality.
And here's the newest member of the family - Joey, a six-month old rescue kitten who is happy-go-lucky and purrs all the time. He joined the family two weeks ago. :)
You can find more Photo Hunters and join the hunt here.
Thanks for visiting and have a great weekend.

I am a mom to birds and fishes but hubs and I have been visiting animal shelters in the hope of finding a cat and dog that we can adopt. I would love to be loved by a cat that only a cat can give, you know.
It's definitely going to be a great theme week. Can't wait to see what every one else is sharing.

Those are some beauties Annie. It's great to know that there are another compassionate pet lover as you around still. Give them some huggies from me. :)

What a beautiful family, Annie! I hope that Joey is settling in well with the girls -- he looks lively and a lot of fun!
I fear just a little bit for LuLu's peace and quiet -- although that's probably been long gone, since Maria's arrival!

Aww what little beauties! The love they give is worth many times more than any daily chore we have to do for them! Happy weekend

They do bring so much to our lives daily, don't they? And great that you have provided a rescue home to all three.

You have a very nice looking kitty family! And it sounds like they rule you with a gentle paw (here, we have to rule our human with iron paws or she gets out of hand).

Yay, I finally get to see the new baby in your beautiful family. He's gorgeous! I love the photos of LuLu and Maria (and her shadow!) and the pensive and dreamy look they have.
Joey looks just like our black cat Elvis who is also a rescue kitten. I need to introduce him; he's the only of our kittens that has never been featured on my blog. He's also a purring machine. I wonder if all black cats are the same.
Happy Sunday!
p.s. Gorgeous beautiful pink rug!

Pets are certainly a daily obligation, but a daily joy to go with it. Sorry I'm a day late getting to your post, but great take on the theme.

Welcome Joey!! He is very handsome! Love seeing Lulu and Maria also. Lucky you to have 3 wonderful companions to spend time with daily.
I wanted to thank you for your concern on Saturday. I didn't realize that the tsunami was national news because I was so busy glued to the local news on TV. When I saw your comment on my PhotoHunt post, I figured I better do a quick post to let everyone know I was ok so everyone would not worry. I am very blessed to have so many wonderful ST and blogging friends. Thank you again for your concern and your friendship.
