Happy island indeed. Love the reflection in the canal and the cute little green house sandwiched between the pink and brown (brown?!) house.

I think I loved Burano the most! I met a very friendly beader at one of the lace shops there. I want to make a beaded painting of Burano! :D

LOL, I didn't even notice the tiny green/grey house until I saw Maria's comment! I think the colours are even more vibrant in these winter photos! Gorgeous, how wonderful it would be to live amid all this bright, happy colour!
