We just got back from watching the movie Earth, which is magnificent, by the way, I highly recommend it, and right now, I am just a little "high" on nature's beauty. I've always liked nature, and I am always amazed by its wonders.From mountains, to oceans, to rivers, to the seasons, to the different creatures that inhabit the earth, our planet is filled with amazing mysteries.
The cycle of life, the struggle for existence, the harmony that highlights the planet diversity,the fact that the we are oh so small compared to it all, are just examples of the many things that fascinate me about nature.
For the seven things I like , I am going to talk about some of the nature wonders that I have experienced,oh where do I start?I think I will just post some photos, and let them speak for me.
Mammoth Hot Springs Terraces, YellowstoneYellowstone National Park is a wonder in its own right.

Kepler Waterfalls, YellowstoneI like waterfalls. They come in all shapes and sizes. Absolutely beautiful!
South Maui Lava CaveWhen the volcano meet with the ocean,beautiful things appear.
Central Idaho Fall ColorsFall colors are vivid, and mesmerizing.
Chama,New MexicoDesert mountains.
West Maui MountainsTropical mountains.....oh, I like mountains!
Animas RiverAs seen from the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Train.
I only hope that we all take serious efforts in trying to preserve our planet,and not take its beauties for granted.

Candi, Your take on this theme wowed and moved me. Really photo after photo gave me chills and Louis Armstrongs version of "A Wonderful World" filled my mind...it's lyrics matched what I was feeling about your photos. The beauty in nature is unending. Thank you so much for these phenomenal photos and also for your nominations. The ones you nominated were on my list if I could have nominated more than seven. They are truly deserving of recognition. You "rock" like nature Candi!
