PhotoHunt:pink

The theme for this week's photohunt is pink.

I love the color pink, and I have many items of pink clothing. In an attempt to resist posting a photo of myself, I chose three photos from three different parts of the world.

Different shades of pink houses in the beautiful town of Vernazza, Cinque Terre in Italy.

Pink eggs at the market in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

And finally, a pink Mercedez parked in front of the post office in Makawao town, Maui in Hawaii.

Happy fourth of July for those celebrating it and happy weekend all.

Hi Candi, great choices for this week's theme. Your pink house photo in Vernazza brings back some great memories for me! And I also love your pink eggs in Thailand and that beautiful (only in my dreams) pink mercedes car in Maui. :) Gorgeous car. Wonderful variety of pink subjects.

Have a Happy 4th of July tomorrow!

YTSL:

OMG re the pink merc - it's eye-catching but visually, I prefer such as the pink houses in Italy!

Well, you might have been able to resist the urge, but I wasn't!:-) You really found some cool pink stuff!

Ok - you get the prize for the most unique finds! Holy cow, love them!

Cinque Terre steals my heart though.. I'd love to visit one day..

Do you watch the tour at all? Starts tomorrow on OLN

You have some good photographs for the pink theme. Happy Weekend.

Happy Weekend.

JO:

pink benz! my daughter will definitely love that one.

These are great shots!

Why are the eggs pink?

srp:

How did they get the eggs pink... did they dye them? And that pink mercedes... that is different! My pinks are up here.

Mike:

I loved that pictures...
Specially the pink eggs...
Thanks for your visit.

Those are all three great shots. The pink eggs are just so unexpected. Were they died or natural?

Anne:

LOVE the Vernazza houses (they're in Italy after all...sigh!!) What's the story on the eggs? Are they dyed, or is the colour a result of the hens being on a strange diet? Very cool photo :)

Thanks all for the comments. I am not sure why the eggs are pink, but I think they are dyed.

Mar:

I love Cinque Terre!! never seen pink eggs nor a pink Mercedes before! great choices for the theme.

Kendall:

Pink is no color for a car, but the eggs are gorgeous!

Kim:

Those pink eggs are way cool!

Is that a Mary Kay mercedez? Very cool pink eggs! Great choices for the theme :)
