So here we go! I will start with a short entry about Yautepec, the town my sister lived in 2002-2003 and where we spent a few days before and a few days after our trip to the Huasteca. I wrote about the town in this post shortly after I arrived, so I won't repeat it, but post some photos instead.

Jane, that is funny: earlier today I actually thought to myself "I need to show my photos to KZ when he comes to DC because I am sure he'd like the place." I particularly think he would be excited about all the waterfalls and the fun outdoor stuff.

I love going to Yautepec every year to visit my mom. Yautepec is a beautiful place, especially now that el Carnaval de los chinelos its about to start.
