You have the fridge of a true dedicated chef!

Fun entry! I also buy Safeway's organic products. I love lemon grass but never seen it in a tube.

Palma:

I LOVE it. You are ready for anything. My mom always taught me to be ready "just in case" someone shows up for dinner. That never happens!

@ this point my fridge if full of leftover potato soup!

Wow, Cindy. You are READY!

Marcia:

I am making a conscious effort to keep my fridge "lighter" - it helps that we can run to the store with our better weather.

jgk:

Your fridge looks so CLEAN!

The contents of my refrigerator are pretty sad looking next to your well packed fridge. I might need to jot down a few items to stock up on. Fun post! I really enjoyed peeking inside your fridge :)

Amy:

I want to come cook in your kitchen! What a great assortment of ingredients to work with.

Can I come and live at your house?
What an organized person!
Love it!

If I am going to do this post I need to cleam out my fridge! I never knew that vinegars needed to eb refrigerator - I've never done that (nor mustard for that matter).

That is a very well stocked fridge! I think your house would be a good place to pop by unannounced...

It's funny that my refrigerator looks clean and neat in these photos, because I don't think it is at all! Although it has lots of condiments, it was low on everything else when I took the photos.

Jerry-I don't refrigerator all of my vinegars, only the ones that say to. That's usually the ones that have fruit or fruit-juice in them. I don't know about mustard-I've always refrigerated them.

Cindy, Your jar reminds me of Amy's Chestnut soup. Now I'm craving some.
