I am a retired teacher living on an acre of land in a century-old brick farmhouse in rural Eastern Ontario about 40 miles from Ottawa. I have 4 adult children, one wife, a son-in-law, two Irish step-grandchildren, way too many books and a large vegetable garden.
I read a lot, sell on ebay, like to cook dishes that evoke our travels and I love to travel. I spend a lot of time planning, researching, reading, financing our travels before we go. And I like to share our travel experiences with others when we return.
