Last night (April 1) my daughter came to see me and we decided to go out to dinner. I told her that I wanted to come back home early so I can watch part of American Idol. Granting that I have not seen an entire episode of American Idol, I have only seen snipets of it in the past and of this season's series.
I wanted to see last night's episode because I heard on the morning radio that the show was bringing Sanjaya Malakar back due to some irregularities caused by Anderson Consulting's scoring process from last season.
The radio station in SF even interviewed the show's producer (supposedly). I believed it because the man sounded British! LOL
Well, we watched part of Am Idol and no Sanjaya. I wondered what happened. Ryan did not even mention anything about it!
This morning (April 2), my daughter called and asked if I heard about Sanjaya's return on K101. I said yes. Evidently, listeners called in this morning to asked why Sanjaya's return was not televised. Big Laugh on the DJ's (Don Bleu) part.
I was among the many listeners who fell for the joke. I did not call in to ask though. But nevertheless, I had been "Bleupered in the Morning"!!!

Oh my gosh, that's hilarious!
One year (on April 1) my aunt heard a radio announcement that said that the phone company was going to drain the phone lines and that everyone should put their phone in a bucket, and she did it! We still kid her about that.

Chiocciola, I could not get over the fact that I fell for the joke!
