February Daily Blogging

Oh man! What am I getting myself into???? I joined the Daily Blogging group. What was I thinking? I know that I need to free up sometime for myself and do some scholarly writing (according to my mentor ) but blogging is a lot more fun than research and serious writing. I am sure going to try my best to post daily! Like Eirin, Sandra, and many others I am (mentally) stockpiling ideas...

So here I am. But, I am still on my Obama obsession. :) While in DC for the inaugural ceremonies, my friend Norma and I had this taken "with" our 44th president.

I posted this picture on another page and I got questions and comments like: Is he really that tall? Wow, you actually got to meet him? How lucky you are! And one that blew my and every believers' bubble: Like the pic of you and "Cardboard Obama"! LOL.
