Photo Hunt - Nautical

PhotoHunters

I had to look up what really is meant by "nautical". It said "pertaining to seamen, navigation, or ships. Well that still does not help me with a picture worth posting for the theme this week.

I do not have pictures of seamen, or any man in uniform for that matter.... None of navigation, either.

The closest I could find to a ship is the "boat" that we took when we played tourists in Boston a few years back ....Can one get Nautical in downtown Boston?

LOL at that big swan! I had to look up nautical too. I think yours works just fine!

Happy Valentine's weekend!

I've ALWAYS wanted to ride in a boat with a huge swan!

Boston is a very nautical place. Swan boats are a stretch though :) Cool photo.

Eden:

I agree, it is a huge stretch... but I was desperate! LOL

he he you are on the right place all of you;))

I also looked up nautical -- just to see how much leeway I had with the theme. I probably took more leeway than I should have, though.

Hey, I think that works...great photo...reminds me of the riverwalk in San Antonio. Looks like they're having fun.

candi:

I like this photo.

Love the swan boat! It does look very nautically.:-)

Happy weekend!

It looks very nautical to me. I am surprised that you haven't been hanging about in the city on Fleet Week! *smile*

Kathy (Trekcapri):

Hi Eden, great photo! And you all look like you're having a great time. And that big Swan is very cool!

Have a great Sunday!

Eden:

Thanks to all who consoled me with "post being nautical" LOL... I love the swan too. :)

Jerry, you are right! I should check out Fleet Week... Who knows there maybe another blog prompt later that will say "sea" or "fleet" or "men". Good idea.

I hope you know I was just joking.

jgk:

I think the swan boats count!
Cute picture.
