Easter Egg Hunt

My oldest son's family moved away from Fremont. They now live about an hour away. They are easily settling into their new community, fitting in, and making new circle of friends.

My daughter in law found a parent group that is pretty cohesive. They organized an Easter Egg Hunt in a nearby park. There was a potluck lunch, lots of young families, and fun for everyone. This is play structure at the park, cute, huh. We love the country theme.

The moms in the playgroup made paper machie Easter Eggs to decorate the park. Here is one my DIL made.

Mike, the almost 2 year old took to the business of the hunt right away. He found some.... from the 1200 eggs strewn all over....

Izzy, the 5 year old posed with the Easter Bunny after the hunt.

Now those are the things that make memories. Wonderful Eden. Looks like old fashioned fun.

Great shots - it looks as if lots of fun was had be all.

What fun! 1200 eggs!? That's a lot of eggs scattered, waiting to be found...

First thing that came to mind was Steel Magnolias. Love the photos!
