Mandy Moore wore a stunning Monique Lhuillier gown to the Oscars last Sunday...

Halfway around the world, in Cebu, Philippines (my hometown), Amparito Lhuillier, Monique's mom attended a wedding reception in the same gown. She looks very stunning as well.

Wonder if they will show up on E's Fashion Police... They have a segment called " Bi#@h Stole my Look" or something like that. :)
