My dear friend, Milagro is the birthday celebrant!
Her daughters, son-in-law, son, and a few friends enjoyed an awesome dinner at her daughter and son-in-law's home. The venue was beautiful. The view, gorgeous with the bridges and city lights that even the rain did not take away.
K, Mila's son in law, prepared a 5-course dinner all presented in 5-star fashion that Mila kept suggesting that he should open a restaurant.
Cauliflower soup...delicious!
Yellow and red beet salad per Milagro's preference... awesome!
Crab puffs ... to die for.
And a magnum of Silver Oak too!!! (There was bubbly with the appetizers, white wine with the first courses.) Silver Oak, what a treat!
Sous Vide Filet Mignon ... cooked to perfection!
Sinfully delicious birthday cake.
Happy Birthday, Mila! The celebration will go on!
