When reading Leslie's Kaleidoscope post today, I was reminded of PhotoHunt, a cool photo posting idea, and thought I would give it a try. What is PhotoHunt?
From the official PhotoHunt blog:
"The Photo Hunt was started in March 2006. A theme is given each Saturday. Post a photo that best represents the theme. New and old photos welcome."
This week's PhotoHunt Saturday theme is High:
It certainly looks like a long way up!! (Asinelli Tower in Bologna).
From the top ~ looking down at the Garisenda Tower and the tiny people below.

Thanks everyone!! Climbing that tower is definitely not for those with a fear of heights. I put both shots just to give the perspective of how high up the tower was both from the bottom and the top.
Margy, I tried but couldn't leave a comment on your blog. I love your photos and your blog. I used to live in Marysville. I miss those mountain scenes.

Great submission for photohunt. I have a tower on mine as well. I love historical buildings in places I don't have the ability to visit. Wonderful photos.

AWESOME perspective!! I am going to try Photohunt too. I had never heard of it before Leslie's post. I will have to stage a coup to gain control of the other computer from Ginger though since my photos are not housed on my laptop...wish me luck with that!

Participating in PhotoHunt has really been fun. I am already looking forward to next week's topic ~ glass. I found a couple of photos I took which may work, but I am will keep my eye out during the week to see if I find anything better.
Anne, good luck on your coup...maybe if you get Ginger to participate by helping you look for your photos?
