Girasoli, you have really taught me a lot about Spam! Before you started writing about it I really didn't know anything at all about it. And I certainly had no idea it was popular in Hawaii! So funny. And the creations are very cute!

Annie & Sandra, it is exciting seeing the days disappear but also stressful since I have really ignored my trip planning for this year. Hopefully now that school is out I will get my act together...and yes that is spam. For me, it at least would have to be cooked to be edible.
