Such a sweet find! And those murals are just fantastic - any idea when they were done? menehune (1 down, 2 more to go - Phillys have their work cut out for them. BUT it's been done in the past:-))

This is beautiful. I can't wait to see more inside. I really do need to visit this region. It is so beautiful and I know there are also beautiful gardens.

Anne:

I repeat: I am now in love with this place!!! :) It looks fantastic, no wonder you took a lot of photos. The cloister and murals are wonderful. Thanks for this taste of Santa Caterina, can't wait to see the interior photos.

Kathy (Trekcapri):

Hi Girasoli, thanks for sharing your beautiful photos. I love all the murals and that little scene in the back is so interesting and cool. I am looking forward to seeing the inside of this beautiful church.

Thank you for sharing.

So beautiful! I would love to visit the region one day.

sandrac:

Wonderful photos, Girasoli! This looks like such a beautiful spot.

menehune, I would guess when the church was built. Well, we all know how the WS ended this year. I am now counting the number of days til truck day!

Marta, I think you missed my garden posts. I posted them in October.

Anne & Kathy, happy to share my photos Santa Caterina with you :)

candi, thanks! I hope you get back to Italy again soon. Lucky you to be so much closer geographically now.

sandra, thanks! It really was and ranks up there as one of my favorite spots to spend the day.
