Yum! What a cool photo. Hope you've had a very happy holiday and have been enjoying your time off. Mine has been hectic but fun (and I really don't want to go back to work next week!).

Thanks everyone! I was excited when I saw this week's theme. I knew just the photo to use! Isn't it too bad technology has not advanced enough yet so that we could take that lick through the screen. Do you think it will ever happen?
Annie, I know just what you mean. I go back to work on Monday also. It is going to be very hard to get up!
Bull Rhino, I am guessing you have not had gelato in Italy before. I think you would definitely enjoy the taste!

Hi Girasoli, great choice for this week's theme. If it wasn't for my Highland cow, my gelato cone would have also been up this week. :)
I haven't had nocciola yet, but I have tried pistacchio and it is one of my favorites next to coco...now I'm beginning to miss Italy again.
