After hitting my snooze alarm for the 4th or 5th time this morning, I did my usual grumbling and swearing, not wanting to get out of bed. I am NOT a morning person.
BUT...
As I looked out my window...
I just knew it was going to be a beautiful day :)

Hi Girasoli, beautiful photo! Your post reminded me of my friend. For the whole month we spent in Europe together she would wake up each morning and the first words out of her mouth was "oh hell"! She's not a morning person either. :) But even a sunrise like that would've made her smile. . . she still would've sweared though! Ha Ha.
Glad you had a beautiful day.

Barb, it certainly was.
Kathy, so good to hear from you! I hope you are doing well. I had to laugh reading about your friend. I could just picture her as she woke up each morning. I won't mention the swear word I use every morning :)

Oh, great! I had to open this while I am here wet from pelting rains and cold because it will later be changing to snow. Mahalo (she says grumbling and swearing):-) M

So beautiful! To me, it looks like vacation, so cool that you get to see such views everyday. :)

Stunning colours! That's about the only sight that could prevent me from also cursing when I have to get up. (Speaking as another who is NOT a morning person!)

SandraK, I miss so many but treasure the ones I see.
menehune :) Hope spring arrives soon for you!
Annie, I am very lucky and remind myself every time I see a sunrise or sunset.
sandra :)
Candi, thanks!
Dana, I bet the snow is beautiful also (although I am sure by now, spring would be a nicer sight).
