Easy theme for me this week. I have tons of hanging photos. Here are a few of my favorites that I have taken in the past few weeks...

The last three are for Marta :)
And with that, I need to let everyone know that I will be taking a blogging break.
I have been hanging out on the internet much too much lately. Even so, I have not been able to keep up with everyone, and I apologize for that.
With school starting again next week, trying to keep up with my shoulder rehab, getting every day stuff done, and trying to find the time to read a book now and then, I need to stop blogging for a while. I will try to peek in on everyone through Google Reader but will probably not do much commenting.
Sigh... there just is not enough time in a day anymore...
At one point, I may try to get my blog posts from my trip to Italy last summer done, something I can't believe I have yet to complete (still have 4 days left to write about), and I may try to finish adding photos to my Italy trip blog posts. Otherwise, this blog will be on vacation until further notice.
Be well everyone. AND GO RED SOX!!!!

Hi Girasoli, these are really beautiful photos and wonderful choices for this week's photohunt. Love the close-ups. It's hard to believe that the school year is about to start again. I'll miss reading your blog but it's very understandable about the time issue. Hope your shoulder is doing better. Take care and enjoy your break. I'll be cheering for your Sox.

I definitely recognize those. :) Love the cannonball tree and nepenthes. Enjoy your time away. You definitely did not have much time off this summer. Focus on what you enjoy. If you get a chance - just post a picture. :)

WOW, back to school already? Take care of that shoulder. And enjoy your time off of blogging.

Beautiful detail!
It is so hard to keep with everything, isn't it? I love the Internet but I struggle to follow everything I want to follow and still have time to work and socialize. Oh, and work!
I hope your shoulder therapy is going well, and best of luck preparing for back to school.

Wonderful photos - I really love the one with the gnarled tree trunk.
I too can't believe the school year is about to start again already. Enjoy your blog break (though I like Marta's idea about posting a pic now and then!).

heya g, I haven't been keeping up with everyone either so you're not alone! I hear you about life being too busy for blogging, I've struggled to get a post done every week or two over the last couple months, let alone do any regular posting. Not sure if that will change anytime soon or not! I have taken on a huge project at work - Account Executive for my gov department's United Way campaign. UW is the Nova Scotia provincial government's charity of choice, and my dept's goal is to raise $30,000. Eek, I may have bitten off more than I can chew, having no fund raising experience, but I'll draw on past year Execs and we do have some resources government wide, so hopefully we'll at least approach our goal, and even better surpass it!
I also preached my first sermon this past Sunday so my journey to ministry soars on!
mahalo (my new favourite greeting, thanks to menehune!)

Your photos are beautiful - so artistic.
I understand about not having enough hours in the day. I hope we will see you someday soon blogging a little bit. We will miss you!
Take care now.
