I took this photo at Prosciutto e Melone, a restaurant located just outside of one of the openings of the Piazza dell'Anfiteatro in Lucca. It was called caprese con bufala campana in millefoglie con pesto di basilico (a sort of caprese salad with crunchy bread and basil sauce). It was YUMMY!!
