I had so much fun yesterday! My 18 year old daughter is getting ready for the prom, this Friday! She got a beautiful dress and we've already had it altered. BUT it is very clingy. She needed some expert help with invisible underwear. And, lucky me--she asked me to go with her. Any other mothers of typically independent, teen daughters will understand that this is a rare and welcome treat. So off we went to our local mall; Victoria's Secret had just the thing for her. We also went to Claires and got her some big fake diamond earrings. I can't wait to see her Friday night in all her teenage glory.

Ha, one woman's treat is another woman's nightmare. I am so bad shopping with the girls. Last night I had to take them and dreaded it all day. :)
