I thought I would never find something for this week but there it was.
I took this shot of a little shrine in Barbaresco, Piemont, Italy. We saw this right after eating a fabulous lunch in town including, of course, a glass of the luscious local red. The plastic figures seemed so out of place in this small, charmingly authentic Italian town.

Very cool photo! The statue really does look out of place with everything else being so ancient. Interesting pair. Great choice for the theme this week :)
