Lunch - not as good as I should have been; not as bad as I could have been.

Chinese
Don't ask me to recount b/c it was a dumpling here, a shrimp there - let's say 13 points and call it a day.

Snack
Popcorn = 1

Dinner
Sweet BBQ Chicken (Cooking Light, 1998) = 4 points
Corn on the Cob = 2 points
Roasted Asparagus = 0 points
Watermelon = 1 point

Snack
1 cup sliced strawberries = 1
Edy's Lite mint ice cream = 3
