Breakfast
1/2 poppyseed bagel 1 t cream cheese = 4 points

Snack
1/4 cinnamon raisin bagel, 1 t peanut butter = 2 points


Lunch
2 bbq chicken legs left over from night before = 4 points
sliced cucumbers and baby carrots = 0 points
1/2 mango = 1 point

Snack
1/2 mango = 1 point

Dinner
Filet Mignon (6 oz) = not sure 6 points (need to double check)
Grilled Eggplant = 1 point
1/2 cup fava beans w/ pepper and some pecorino = 3 points
1 glass Shafer Firebreak = 2 points
