1/2 cup (bit more) whole wheat cous cous = 2 points
baby carrots, grape tomatoes, sliced red pepper = 0

Snack
cantaloupe = 1 point

Dinner
Ribollita (2 cups) = not sure but I'll guestimate 8 points

Snack
low fat banana cake = 4 points
