I’m dreaming of Italy and all the beautiful churches. This reminds me of the church I grew up in, St. Michael’s Catholic Church, in Findlay, Ohio. It may not be quite as ornate as many churches in Italy, but it is a beautiful church. Although I now live in Oklahoma, I have a few sad and many happy memories of this church.

It is a beautiful church. I'm surprised at how ornate the interior is. So many US churches of that era are rather drab inside.
