Not a good week for blogging, so I think I will just post the picture. We really liked the intense raspberry flavor in the Raspberry Ice Cream, and the dark chocolate sauce was superb with it.
I froze the rest of the crepes for another time; I can think of better uses for them than with this ice cream.
