
Another wonderful recipe from Dolce Italiano by Gina DePalma. These turned out to be pretty amazing. Mine are a little thick and soft because the recipe asked for a jelly-roll pan 13x18 and the one I have is 13x9. I love the combination of the almond flavor with the pistachios.

Maria, I didn't know you had a blog! How great! And thanks for the comment on my blog, although I didn't grow up on a tropical island (Norway would never qualify!) I LOVE beaches, islands, water, boats... Looking forward to reading your blog!
