Sunday Slow Bakers: Sicilian Pistachio Bars


Another wonderful recipe from Dolce Italiano by Gina DePalma. These turned out to be pretty amazing. Mine are a little thick and soft because the recipe asked for a jelly-roll pan 13x18 and the one I have is 13x9. I love the combination of the almond flavor with the pistachios.
