Sunday Slow Bakers - Week 5: Lemony Semolina Cookies ( Biscotti di limone e semolino)

These cookies were very easy to make and I didn't have to make any adjustments to the recipe. Wonderful buttery lemony taste. Another great recipe from Gina's book.
