I have some serious catching up to do with our baking group on SlowTravel.
Here's this Sunday's recipe: Bittersweet Chocolate and Hazelnut Cookies. According to my daughter, these cookies are decadent, delicious and delightful. I agree.
Last Sunday's recipe was Zucchini Olive Oil Cake with Lemon Crunch Glaze. Moist and yummy and the lemon icing gave it a nice tangy flavor and a bit of crunch.

Deborah: Remember the thread you started on the EE forum on ST about being a Kiva Junkie? That thread got me started because I wanted to help Eli who was a bit slow getting his loan funded. I'm looking in Africa now to make my next two loans.
