This Sunday's recipe from Dolce Italiano is a wonderful cake with a rich texture and a fragrant citrus flavor. Although I had on hand all the ingredients, I debated for a while whether I should turn on the oven on a hot and muggy day. The monsoon season is in full force in Arizona and with it comes an increase in humidity. Looking at the gorgeous pictures posted by other ST bakers was enough to convince me to make the cake and I'm so glad I did.
