A window to the Strait of Gibraltar

This is one of my favorite pictures from my recent trip to Andalucía, taken in the town of Tarifa the day before departing to Morocco. It represents some of my favorite things, all in one shot: old stone, wild overgrown grass and the sea.

What wonderful photos! The blue of that ocean is just incredible - it's a tonic to see that on this cold rainy winter day.

And about your three favorite things...let me just say that you are going to LOVE Torcello! Not exactly the sea but there's water, old old stones and lots of photogenic weeds.

Hope all the wedding preparations are going well. I bet you all are getting very excited!

I love these photos. I love old stone too, and sea, well and overgrown grass. It is so real! Thanks for sharing!

Oh I really love these photos! I love the contrast of the colors and the stone with the water. I also like to take photos of windows in stone. Cool post!
