We got home Thursday evening after spending 21 hours in airports and planes. We arrived in Phoenix to temperatures in the high 50's after leaving a snow covered Paris. I have a cold-stricken husband who has spent the last two days coughing and sneezing. He's getting better but had to call-in sick today because he has no voice. Hopefully he'll get his voice back and return to the friendly skies tomorrow. While he's at work I'm going to get busy with organizing all the photos of our holiday in Paris.
Here are the last pictures we took, Thursday morning from the apartment window.
In front of the building, first time seeing a Smart car dusted with snow.
We were the only ones out walking at 8:30 am.
My poor husband, already feeling sick, walking to the subway station.
The entrance to the Jasmin metro station from where we took the subway to the city center everyday.

Oh, that loos really cold. Your poor husband had to deal with the cold being sick, ouch. It is been cold here too, I'd rather be snowed in Paris though, I admit. Loved seeing the photos.

Hi Maria, I'm sorry to hear about your husband's cold. Wishing him a quick recovery soon.
I love seeing your neighborhood in Paris and all the places you walked. Although cold, it's so pretty to see Paris in the snow like that. I'm really looking forward to seeing more of your photos and hearing about your time in Paris. Welcome home and hope your transition back to the states goes smoothly. Have a great (and warmer) day today!

Welcome home, Maria! I suppose the only good part of leaving Paris would be leaving the snow!

I'm so glad you had such a wonderful time in Paris. Hope hubby is feeling healthy again soon.
I was delighted to see you on FB. Seems I shall have to learn Spanish if I want to know what's going on on your wall though! lol

Snow! And a Smart Car in the snow!! Bummer that your husband ended up getting sick. Hope he is feeling better now and you didn't get it. Did you encounter craziness at the airport with the new safety (or so called safety) procedures?
