PhotoHunt: Books

This week's photohunt theme is Books. I knew right off which photo I was going to choose. This is one of favorites. I took this photo just before my trip to France in 2007. We pulled out all our books and did some last minute planning. Soon I flew off to Nice France to study for 4 weeks at the Institut de Francais in Villefranche sur Mer. What a fun trip.

Have a great weekend!

Great shot. Trip planning is so much fun! And even though there's so much info on the Internet, I still like to have books too.

Have a nice weekend.

Oo la la! What fun!

I love how you arrange and present the items! So clever!

Ahh, I remember reading about your trip to France. :)

Somehow, I know your post would be about hiking or travel, or both!

Marta's reply - Yep, you got that right. Or plants. :)

Hi Marta, great choice for this week's theme! No wonder you were so well prepared for your trip to France! :)

Have a great weekend!

Trips planned well are always fun and organized... great shot! Mine is up here.

Great pic! I wonder if you did all the things you planned to... It seems like we never get to half the things we plan on from the guidebooks when we travel - we wind up having too much fun exploring!

Thanks for visiting!

Trip planning is complex work isn't it? LOL

Great shot! Time out is another guidebook I like to read. Your table looks much more organized than mine ever is when I am trip planning.

Love the collage effect! This photo makes me wish I were planning a trip right now.menehune

Perfect choice! I love books and maps. I remember reading about that trip and your French lessons. I’m seriously considering taking French lessons in the fall. We had a hard time communicating in Morocco outside of the tourist’s areas.
