Yum! This PH theme is making me very hungry!

I love poached pears. Your recipe sounds delicious. I've made them using a recipe from Letizia's blog ( Madonna del Piatto) but next time I'll try yours with Marsala.

I remember the strawberries in Chianti. Another great recipe from Gina.
