While I have been out of touch during these months of travel, I nevertheless want to belatedly wish you all a wonderful New Year.
I am still in Pennsylvania at my daughter's lovely home, enjoying the beauty of this winter, the excitement of this university town and its events, AND the historic moment as a new president is to be inaugurated tomorrow.
As Maurizio and I celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary yesterday, I will need to change my blog title!
Upon my return home in February, time permitting, I will attempt to catch up with blog entries and photos from this trip which took us from Rome to Florida to Virgin Gorda in the Caribbean to Pennsylvania. While so much will be begging for my attention after this long absence, I will nevertheless make every effort to get back in touch with all of you.
I have followed your blogs with pleasure, as always. I look forward to blogging once again and to sharing many of these experiences with you.
I wish you a healthy, serene New Year.
Mary
