The picturesque and colorful taxi (see previous post) with a fun-loving local driver, "dancing" to blasting reggae music as he drove, most certainly set the tone and atmosphere for the beginning of our exciting Caribbean adventure. We traveled the short distance on one of only two island roads, past colorful buildings, locals and midst lush vegetation and incredible flowering shrubs and trees to our heavenly spot on the beach.

Mary, those are wonderful photos -- what a stunning spot! And look at Maurizio in his private cove. I hope he was able to kick back and enjoy himself.
All of the colours -- from the pink building to your sister's decor to the Caribbean landscape -- are sublime!
