our pecorino, aurichio, walnut bread JUST out of the wood-burning oven in the garden - 7 hours after the beginning of the many phases of bread-making

Mary, your garden looks so beautiful. And that bread sounds (and looks!) divine. I can't even imagine what the effects of an outdoor, wood-fired oven would be. Bread baked there must be incredible.
