This has been a very busy period as we race to reopen Genius Loci http://www.geniuslociumbria.com for its fourth season. We scrambled to find new help, to coordinate the various workmen who came to do touch-ups or minor repairs, or do new jobs, and to organize the deep cleaning and the small decorating improvements.
All "systems" had to be booted, checked, cleaned, while the annual maintenance had to be done. All this added to some major jobs in the wine cellar kept Maurizio especially busy. His relaxation technique is painting.
He decided to touch up / modify a painting he had done for Michael.
